This is the most luxurious and user-friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The memories are so beautiful. It is the biggest surprise of my trip to Morocco. There are riad suites here. The butler service is very considerate. The small details are great, even makeup removers and nail polish removers are available. They really thought of every little detail.

La Grande Table Fran&ccedil;aise is a French restaurant opened by Yannick All&#39;no in the Royal Mansour Hotel in Marrakesh.

We ordered a set menu for dinner, which looked like a hand-painted menu with every dish drawn. The water glasses were exquisite crystal glasses with gold edges, which complemented the golden candlelight and golden champagne bubbles.

The first dish served was the appetizing cold tomato soup with mango sorbet. I don&rsquo;t like cold tomato soup, but this dish with mango sorbet has a sweet and sour taste. It is really appetizing in the hot Moroccan night.

Amuse Bouche has three dishes, including the very interesting potato chips yum chips, foie gras lollipop, and swordfish.

The first dish is veggie fondant with cumin and avocado cream, a vegetable salad with avocado sauce.

The middle of the second dish is grilled langoustines with mushroom sauce and Italian ravioli. The mushroom sauce uses a lot of spices, such as thyme, parsley, and black pepper. The grilled shrimp has a fresh taste, and the ravioli is paired with butter. The whole dish is full of flavor, fresh and fragrant without being greasy.

The third dish is blue lobster and scallops with souffle and lobster soup. This dish is amazing and left a deep impression on me. First of all, it was the first time I ate a souffle that was not a dessert. As the main course, the souffle changed from sweet to salty, which was very unique. Usually, lobster soup is served with ordinary side breads such as garlic bread, but with souffle, the taste is silky and delicate, which completely beats ordinary side bread. It is really a perfect combination of creativity, taste and taste.

The fourth dish Sea bass serves with formed broccoli Sea bass with broccoli-flavored foam, wild mushrooms, etc. Originally, this dish was pigeon, but I was afraid of pigeons, so I changed it to sea bass. The fish meat was very tender and the heat was just right. It was paired with various forms of vegetables, including broccoli-flavored foam, wild mushrooms, vegetable puree, etc., with a rich taste.

The dessert was Coconut surprise in a meringue shell. When it was served, the meringue shell was a large chocolate-colored ball. The waiter asked me to knock it open with a cone. Inside was coconut foam and coconut ice cream, and then paired with coconut shreds. Generally, meringue shells are more greasy, but this one was unexpectedly not so sweet. After the main dessert, there were two small desserts with tea and coffee.

After the meal, except for the creative presentation of the appetizer of two-color potato chips, the other dishes were quite standard in presentation, but the taste was quite solid. There were many dishes that I couldn&#39;t put down. My favorite was the Blue Dragon Souffle. When I wrote this article, I still couldn&#39;t get enough of the taste.

A great online celebrity restaurant in Morocco. The environment is great and very stylish. I like the dim lighting inside, which gives people a warm feeling. Their dishes are not exquisite but taste great! Desserts are also very good!
